To enhance sales performance and improve operations, the full-time remote Sales Program Manager will manage call coaching frameworks, support sales strategies, and execute enablement programs while collaborating cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities

Elevate sales performance by operationalizing call coaching frameworks and delivering actionable insights to managers
Support sales motions and outreach strategies through performance analysis and reporting
Execute enablement programs for onboarding, product learning, and continuous training to drive consistent sales performance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, or sales operations
Experience in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Familiarity with Salesloft and Salesforce is preferred
