Supporting sales infrastructure and operational processes, the full-time remote Manager, Commercial Activation - Sales will collaborate with commercial teams to manage account profiles, conduct market research, and ensure the accuracy of sales systems for the Asia Pacific Pipeline Hotels.
Key responsibilities

Manage sales account profiles and maintain accurate sales databases to support commercial initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target accounts and business opportunities
Support the execution of transient and group sales efforts, including RFP submissions and sales platform administration

Required qualifications

3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a centralized or multi-property environment
Proficient in Hyatt's Envision, CSM, and Cvent Transient platforms or equivalent CRM/RFP tools
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
