What You’ll Do Close inbound and outbound insurance sales opportunities (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
Take qualified leads from quoting to binding with confidence
Master objection handling and turn “maybe” into “yes”
Follow a structured sales process and exceed production goals
Maintain consistent follow‑up until the deal is won
Cross‑sell and round out households for maximum account value
Track daily metrics and compete to be #1 on the board
Core Traits Highly competitive and self‑motivated
Confident communicator with strong phone presence
Thick‑skinned and resilient
Goal‑obsessed and money‑motivated
Coachable but driven
Skills & Experience Proven closing ability (insurance, financial services, or high‑ticket sales preferred)
Ability to control the sales conversation
Strong objection‑handling skills
Active Property & Casualty License (preferred or willing to obtain)
CRM proficiency
