Market Research Manager – Customer Insights Team Location: Remote or hybrid near Santa Ana or Jersey City office.
What You’ll Do Lead all phases of quantitative and qualitative research, including design, recruitment, fieldwork, moderation and reporting to stakeholders.
Own CSAT and brand health tracking programs, monitoring key metrics such as awareness, satisfaction, and perception.
Conduct custom primary research studies—card‑collecting attitudes & usage studies, concept testing, competitive analyses, churn analyses, and more.
Track industry trends, product launches, positioning, partnerships, pricing and customer engagement within the card‑collecting hobby.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Growth, Finance and senior executives to identify research needs and deliver actionable insights.
Who You Are 5+ years of market research experience at an agency or client side.
Strong quantitative and qualitative skill set, with expertise in survey design, sampling, weighting, data processing and interview moderation.
Proficiency with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, etc.) and statistical software (SPSS, DisplayR, Q, etc.).
High attention to detail—ensure data hygiene, logic proofing, link testing, and QA.
Analytical mindset: ability to interpret complex data, craft narratives and provide actionable insights.
Salary Range $110,891 – $180,035, with additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions available. Compensation varies based on location, level, experience and skill set.
