WEBB Production is a leading event production company known for handling large-scale events (live, virtual and hybrid) across the United States and occasionally internationally. We collaborate closely with our clients to conceptualize, design, produce, build, staff , operate, and manage all aspects of their events.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
WEBB is looking for a Videographer / Editor to join our video production department and support the post‑production needs of our live & virtual events. Experience with shooting video and with post‑production is a must; experience in live events is preferred but not required. This position requires occasional travel. Work hours may fall on nights and weekends, depending on when events are active.

Responsibilities

Capture video and photo content during live events, studio productions, interviews, and corporate shoots

Spend full days on foot with a ~10lb camera rig

Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, and event highlight videos using Adobe Premiere Pro

Create motion graphics, text animations, and branded visual elements using Adobe After Effects

Collaborate with event producers, creative leads, and clients to develop engaging visual content

Assist with pre‑production planning including shot lists, gear prep, and creative brainstorming

Manage media organization, file naming, backups, and project/event archives

Deliver polished edits under tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience shooting and editing video for live events, studio productions, interviews, and corporate shoots

Ability to work on foot for full days with a ~10lb camera rig

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for short‑form and long‑form video editing

Skill in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, text animations, and branded visual elements

Collaborative mindset to work with event producers, creative leads, and clients

Planning skills for pre‑production tasks such as shot lists, gear prep, and creative brainstorming

Organizational skills for media management, file naming, backups, and project/event archives

Ability to deliver polished edits under tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality

Support same‑day or fast‑turnaround event content when needed

Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across multiple projects
