We’re partnering with a growing, Milwaukee-based marketing agency seeking a PPC/SEM Specialist to support and optimize paid media campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. This role is highly hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple accounts, driving performance, and owning campaign execution end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) campaigns across multiple client accounts

Manage audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign performance and reach

Execute and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROI

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy

Monitor performance and provide ongoing optimization, A/B testing, and bid adjustments

Develop and maintain campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance insights for internal teams and clients

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to ensure integrated campaign execution

Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, or similar

Support A/B testing across creatives, formats, and audience segments to continuously improve results

Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in PPC/SEM, paid search, or performance marketing

Hands‑on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (required); Microsoft Ads a plus

Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, and bid optimization

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Preferred Experience

Exposure to programmatic platforms (DV360, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, etc.)

Experience working in a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts

Google Ads certification or similar credentials
