Entry‑Level Account Executive

No experience? No problem. You’ll receive full training from day one, along with ongoing coaching to help you build confidence, develop key skills, and start closing deals. You’ll be working with world‑leading logistics partners—helping businesses optimise how they ship, save money, and grow more efficiently.

About the Role
You’ll learn how to identify new opportunities, engage with business owners, and introduce solutions that add genuine value. From your first conversation through to closing deals, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reach out to SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Learn how to introduce services and capture interest

Research companies and understand their delivery challenges

Arrange meetings with prospective clients

Develop communication skills through real, hands‑on experience

Learn how businesses manage shipping and logistics

Support in presenting practical, cost‑effective solutions

Take part in structured training, coaching sessions, and roleplays

Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities

Work towards closing your first deals with guidance from experienced team members

Build relationships with clients

Support long‑term account development and customer satisfaction
