Job Summary
MJAY’s is a leading supplier to Supermarkets across the country. As we continue to grow we are looking for someone to join our team in Norcross, GA. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to join our team! You will support our Sales and Marketing team. This role plays a key part in managing sales operations, market development, customer support, promotional activity, and data tracking while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, brokers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
Confirm and manage Purchase Order (PO) details to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Manage customer pricing and promotional allowances
Work closely with brokers to support customer needs and ongoing sales initiatives
Manage billing deductions and assist with issue resolution
Interact with customer portals and manage assigned portal functions
Promotions & Marketing Support
Manage and track customer promotional funds
Coordinate sample requests, delivery, and tracking
Support the Marketing Coordinator with samples and marketing materials
Manage trade show sign-ups, tracking and delivery of samples
Data, Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and maintain forecasting models
Review and track production figures to support sales planning
Support presentation development for internal and customer-facing meetings
Assist the Market Development Manager with product performance tracking and costing management
Support the Market Development Manager in customer, product, and market analysis initiatives
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales coordination, sales management, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and portal systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Experience in food and manufacturing environments is a plus
College degree is a plus
Spanish speaking is a plus
