is partnering with a

Chicago-based organization

to hire a

Talent Management Manager

to lead and execute enterprise-wide talent programs that strengthen leadership capability, performance, and workforce readiness.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving consistency, and partnering closely with HR and business leaders to bring talent programs to life across an organization.

What you’ll do:

Lead the rollout and ongoing execution of

enterprise-wide Performance Management and Succession Planning

Partner closely with HR Business Partners to prepare leaders for effective program execution

Establish governance, documentation, tools, and standards to ensure consistency and clarity

Own and continuously improve

enterprise onboarding and offboarding

processes

Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRBPs, and functional leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience

Design and support employee experience and engagement-focused initiatives

Build dashboards and scorecards to support talent cycles and decision-making

Provide data-driven insights on succession risks, capability gaps, and performance trends

Develop and deliver training and guidance for leaders on talent management processes

Champion a

simple, scalable, and sustainable

approach to all talent programs

Compensation:

Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 annually
