Account Executive

Responsibilities Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations.
Qualifications Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
Persuasive communicator and expert negotiator, goal‑oriented, proactive, and able to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
Digital/Media sales experience is a plus.
Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, and audio advertising background are additional nice‑to‑haves.
Location & Compensation Weslaco, TX (901 E Pike Blvd, 78596). Regular time, full‑time, salaried position. Uncapped commission available.
