Responsibilities

Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients, research, daily cold-calling, and cultivation of existing business.

Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.

Qualifications

Self-motivated go-getter attitude with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Goal-oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive.

Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.

A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (college degree preferred).

Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills to help business grow to its fullest potential.

Digital/Media sales experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks.

Nice-to-haves include experience managing complex multi-platform campaigns, analytics, iHeart and/or audio advertising background, and being well-connected in the market.

Compensation
This position will be paid on a 100% commission basis.
