Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time SEM Analyst will manage and optimize client advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads, collaborating with internal teams to analyze performance and drive measurable results in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Execute and optimize paid search campaigns, including conducting keyword research and analysis
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
Collaborate with Account Managers for client reporting and strategy discussions, providing actionable recommendations based on performance analysis

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, specifically in paid search
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably in an agency setting
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is a plus
