Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for building the relationship with the key customers as well as meeting the needs of different customers with the best value-added solutions.
Qualifications

5+ years managing a sales team and operation
Strong understanding of sales reporting and ability to implement appropriate metrics
Entrepreneurial spirit and superior work ethic with the burning desire to succeed
Demonstrated competitive spirit within a team environment
Having strong technical and marketing skills in related business for a minimum of 5 years experience
Strong interpersonal and communication/ leadership skills
Good key account relationship management skills
Familiar with US and China sales channels, laws and policies
Must understand and have knowledge digital tech products, e-commerce
Must speak and write in both Mandarin and English well
Green Card or Authorize to work in the US
Benefits & Compensation
