Our office is located in the west loop, 2 blocks from Chicago Station (Brown Line). Convenient for public transportation and driving.

Anticipated start date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for building the relationship with key customers and meeting the needs of different customers with the best value‑added solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years managing a sales team and operations.

Strong understanding of sales reporting and ability to implement appropriate metrics.

Entrepreneurial spirit and superior work ethic with the burning desire to succeed.

Demonstrated competitive spirit within a team environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience with strong technical and marketing skills in related business.

Strong interpersonal and communication/leadership skills.

Good key account relationship management skills.

Familiar with US and China sales channels, laws, and policies.

Knowledge of digital tech products and e‑commerce.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, speaking and writing well.

Green Card holder or authorized to work in the US.
