Community SpecialistThe Community Specialist is a sales professional responsible for leasing a senior living community. By creating and following a strategic business plan, the candidate will manage their sales funnel, create urgency with prospects, and follow a sales process through closing to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets.Required ExperiencePrevious experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsAn understanding of the senior market and various senior living products is a plus but not a requirementDesire to listen to, connect with, and serve seniors by matching their needs to our service offerings and successfully move them into our communitiesAggressive sales instinct with the ability to close while maintaining compassion for customersAbility to manage time effectivelyHigh degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethicsStrong leadership skills to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated aptitude for problem‑solving; ability to determine solutions for clientsMicrosoft Office and Salesforce proficiency is desirableSome travel may be requiredPrimary ResponsibilitiesManage all occupancy and revenue goals for the communityUtilize Salesforce to accurately manage sales funnels, conversion ratios, and move‑in metricsComply with Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirementsSeek new opportunities to expand referral sourcesMake daily outbound calls to prospective customers in the database to schedule visits and toursManage the leasing center on site during the construction phaseProvide tours of models or vacant apartments to future residents and referral agency networkAssist with marketing initiatives and resident eventsServe as an educational resource for residents, caregivers, and staff membersPromote the organization positively and set the example for standards of excellenceMaintain effective communication and cross‑collaboration throughout the communityCoordinate occupancy goals and resident/prospect informationPrepare and manage all relative reportsWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or non‑traditional hours as business demands dictateEqual Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
