Owning a portfolio of SMB customer accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager - SaaS Sales will drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities

Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts within the SMB market segment
Facilitate renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Measure and enhance customer satisfaction and reference ability

Required qualifications

2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development within the information technology sector
Proven track record of achieving 100%+ on assigned quotas or MBOs
Experience in Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team-selling environment
Strong understanding of the SMB market segment
