Station Manager
Salary Range $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 Salary Position Type Full Time
Position Summary
The Station Manager are responsible for the full spectrum of station operations, including aircraft line maintenance, administrative duties, GSE oversight, training, compliance, and customer contract management. These positions are leadership roles critical to ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and profitability at a 24/7 maintenance station.
Operations & Oversight
Manage day-to-day operations across all shifts, with oversight of multiple mechanics in a 24/7 work environment.
Maintain compliance with FAA, OSHA, airport, and environmental regulations.
Ensure aircraft serviceability and support on-time performance.
Lead and participate in aircraft line maintenance activities as needed.
Maintain GSC assets including vehicles, aircraft jacks, ground support equipment, and specialized tooling.
Oversee administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and payroll coordination.
Training & Compliance
Conduct or delegate technician training (OJT and procedural).
Monitor and maintain training records, compliance logs, and audit readiness.
Act as a compliance point of contact for customer audits and internal evaluations.
Customer & Contract Management
Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet all customer requirements.
Ensure accurate invoicing for tenant and contracted work orders.
Build and maintain customer relationships to promote operational confidence.
Asset & Tool Control
Track and ensure calibration of all tools.
Oversee company vehicle assignments and transfers.
Manage station assets and submit requisitions for replacements.

Familiarity with:
Online aircraft maintenance documentation platforms
Microsoft Excel and other digital workflow tools
Work Schedule
Typically, a 5-day fixed schedule (8-hour shifts), but subject to change based on operational demand or emergencies.
Qualifications
Valid FAA A&P license
5+ years of commercial aircraft line maintenance experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass:
Pre-employment drug screening
FBI background check
Airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal clearance
