Senior Campaign Marketing Manager

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $65-75 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Temporary, 4-5 months FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end planning and activation for global integrated marketing launches tied to key initiatives, including threat intelligence reports and virtual events.
Build and manage launch infrastructure, including workback schedules, project trackers, internal tickets, Slack workstreams, planning decks, and copy templates, and define roles, responsibilities, targets, timelines, and expectations for GTM stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional execution from kickoff through launch by managing handoffs, review cycles, approvals, next steps, ETAs, risk escalation, and regular workstreams, while serving as a key liaison between Product Marketing and GTM teams.
Draft, refine, and review marketing assets across channels, including web pages, ad copy, social, short video scripts, email, sales content, and supporting launch materials, and coordinate executive reviews and participation as needed.
Own launch communications and reporting by updating trackers, tickets, and decks, managing internal comms, translations, partner versions, and sales enablement resources, and jumping in wherever needed to unblock execution, QA deliverables, and optimize performance using AI tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in project management or program coordination, preferably within a marketing environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a B2B environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Adobe Workfront, Asana, G Suite, Glean, etc.
Experience applying AI to planning, copy development, reporting, and launch execution, including building AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of how workstreams intersect to create dependencies across an integrated program.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with marketing processes, tools, and metrics.
Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity industries.
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
