Marketing Operations Manager

Leads global brand and franchise marketing strategy for Paramount's Products & Experiences division. Serves as the central coordination team across franchises, partners, and cross-functional initiatives. Drives alignment, collaboration, and strategic planning across brand and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage brand/marketing templates: one-sheets, go-to-market plans, brand plans.
Build and manage marketing processes, project timelines, milestone tracking.
Coordinate review and approval workflows for marketing materials.
Develop presentation and pitch decks for licensees, retailers, milestone meetings.
Maintain and update brand calendars.
Collaborate cross-functionally with retail teams, licensing teams, marketing stakeholders.
Support retail sell-in and licensing initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years in brand management, franchise marketing/management, licensing, marketing operations.
Skills:
Strong PowerPoint/presentation creation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong organization and multitasking ability.
Ability to manage timelines and processes.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Strong MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
