In this role, you will sell staffing services, expand current client relationships, and recruit top-tier talent. You will leverage technology to enhance experiences, collaborate cross‑functionally for lead generation, and focus on specialty areas such as Food & Alcohol, Healthcare, or Business Operations for temporary placements. What you need to bring

2+ years of B2B sales in staffing, recruiting, or business development.

Previous experience/background in Finance & Accounting or Business Operations is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Demonstrated track record of effective candidate and client generation strategies.

Passion for results, resilience, self‑confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job.

A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

Proficient with Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
