Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing high‑impact marketing programs with precision and consistency. This position requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with proven, hands‑on experience managing tradeshows and event logistics end‑to‑end, which is a core function of the role and essential for success.

The Marketing Coordinator will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including tradeshow and event execution, survey deployment and reporting, digital updates, and asset management. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings a meticulous eye for detail across all deliverables.

In This Role, The Ideal Candidate Will

Lead tradeshow execution – manage the full lifecycle of tradeshows and events, including registration, logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, budget tracking, and on‑site execution readiness.

Coordinate and execute corporate events – support planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are managed efficiently.

Own marketing project coordination – manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving timelines, collecting feedback, securing approvals, and ensuring final deliverables are accurate and on time.

Manage surveys and reporting – execute satisfaction surveys, track performance, and provide organized, actionable reporting (experience preferred).

Develop business forms & documentation – develop complex forms and structured documentation with exceptional detail accuracy and version control.

Oversee marketing assets and inventory – maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials, including promotional items, ensuring accurate tracking, reordering, and distribution.

Maintain marketing collateral and version control – update, archive, and organize materials to ensure teams always access the most current assets.

Support digital and website updates – assist with website updates and basic analytics reporting.

Assist in content development – support creation of sales materials, patient content, and digital assets.

Cross‑functional support – partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support broader marketing initiatives.

Your Abilities and Expertise That Matter Most in This Role

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or similar.

3–5 years of marketing experience with direct, hands‑on tradeshow and event logistics management.

Exceptional organizational and detail management skills – demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts, track details accurately, and deliver error‑free work.

Proven experience planning and executing corporate events.

Experience managing inventory or marketing assets.

Proven ability to execute satisfaction surveys, monitor performance metrics, and deliver clear, organized, and actionable reports (preferred).

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, and experience with content management systems.
