Outside Sales / Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Outside Sales / Account Manager in Dallas for a Texas-based leading wholesale packaging distributor. If you think you are the right individual to join this team, we offer a salary-based position into a commission-based position within the agreed upon timeline, excellent benefit package, and a professional, fun-loving, and healthy work environment.RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve sales and gross profit goals set by the companyGrow sales through: Cold calling and developing relationships with prospective accounts, closing on opportunities with prospects to turn them into customers, and growing the business within customersMaintain adequate margins on all businessAttend all sales meetings and or supplier meetings arranged by the companyHelp drive a positive experience with all you encounter, including, but no limited to coworkers, customers, and suppliers.QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or,2 years of experience in sales (packaging / corrugated experience is a must)Capacity to work independentlyThe ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, suppliers, and customersSelf-starter to keep busyTake direction and work closely with supervisors to develop positive relationshipsStrong negotiation and relationship development skillsDeep understanding of customer relations and customer service.WHY IS THIS A GREAT OPPORTUNITYThis opportunity is for a premiere wholesale packaging and distributor with offices in Houston and Dallas, TX.
