Key Responsibilities

Lead catching, qualifying & building the booking (All lead sources)
Compile and maintain sales kits
Assist with arranging site visit details, including coordinating transportation, dining reservations, amenities, and creating & distributing site visit information
Assist in gathering VIP amenity preferences and submitting orders into the hotel’s amenity system for personalized welcome amenities and welcome cards
Assist Reservations Team with travel partner leads in a friendly, timely and helpful manner
Assist with expenses (Individual and Commercial Division)
Assist Group and Leisure teams with creating merge documents (contracts, addendums, proposals, site forms, deposit invoices, etc.)
Manage in-office calendar for all client site and planning visits
Responsible for submission of WOH points associated to commercial services
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Perform any other duties as assigned
This role is an on-property role.
Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma; Business or Hotel School Diploma preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Hospitality or travel industry experience is an asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Pleasant, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Interest in pursuing a career in hospitality sales and marketing is preferred.
Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat).
Must be able to walk, climb into and out of a vehicle frequently, with occasional stair climbing.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently.
