Senior Living Coordinator – Full Time

Location: Zionsville, IN

Salary Range: $56,000 to $68,000

Shift Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Be an empathetic communicator, creating human connection with potential residents and families during a potentially stressful and emotional time.

Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into the database and that leads are provided all necessary and helpful information on senior living, as well as next‑step options.

Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, follow‑up calls, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base.

Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per insurance carrier’s policy.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Positive and energetic attitude.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills.

Criminal background clearance.

Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Health screening to verify no pulmonary tuberculosis within 6 months prior or 7 days after employment.
