Senior Living Coordinator – Full Time
Location & Salary

Zionsville, IN
Salary: $56,000 to $68,000
Shift Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities

Empathetic empathizer – responsibility for understanding the importance of empathy, creating human connection with potential residents and family members.
Communicator of knowledge – ensure accurate and thorough entry of lead information into the database and provide all necessary information on senior living options.
Lead base liaison – strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are catalogued in the lead base.
Hospitable host – ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.
Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per insurance carrier policy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, and communicate in English at 12th‑grade proficiency.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply problem‑solving skills.
Criminally cleared.
Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; health screening within 6 months prior or 7 days following employment, free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening.
