Job Summary
Advertising Sales Executive position at All Island Media, Inc., one of Long Island’s largest multi‑media companies. Responsible for managing and growing existing account base through effective marketing strategies across direct mail, web design, PPC, SEO, social media and SMS marketing. Proven sales leader with strong presentation, relationship building, and closing skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Create marketing campaigns to target potential customers
Analyze business needs, present solutions and close sales
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
High level of phone prospecting and selling
Execute direct sales via phone and email
Maintain sales leads, opportunities and revenue pipeline as well as manage email communications and conduct specific account research
Achieve revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Basic Qualifications
1 year of sales, marketing or advertising experience
Energetic and positive attitude
Strong work ethic and highly motivated
Self‑starter, able to work independently
Ability to manage deadlines and operate with a sense of urgency
Outstanding communication skills, with strong ability to build personal relationships to close sales
Must be located in the Long Island area (remote work possible)
Salary and Benefits
The base salary is $40,000 per year, plus commission. Competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, 401(k), PTO, and company‑paid holidays.
