Serving as primary TCS relationship owner and growth partner, being on the customer floor for driving revenue growth, account strategy, delivery ownership and pipeline health, blending in relationship management and deal shaping across TCS service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Own and be Responsible for the Sales targets, building account strategy, revenue, and profitability.
Own lead generation, sales pipeline creation
Contract Negotiations
Own and drive RFP’s and deal shaping
Building C-Level trust, connects with vendor sourcing and stakeholder management across the relationship
Partner and be responsible for Delivery Assurance
Ensure end-to-end operational governance across delivery streams—covering quality, SLA/KPI adherence, risk & issue management, escalation handling, and audit readiness
