Sky Society is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to own organic marketing and help shape the world of the Sky Society brand across content, campaigns, email, landing pages, and social channels.

This role will take business ideas and turn them into clear, compelling marketing assets. You will write and edit copy, develop campaign concepts, shape landing page messaging, guide creative direction, and ensure every touchpoint feels polished, on‑brand, and aligned with Sky Society’s voice.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a strong writer and creative marketer who can move from idea to execution. You should be comfortable owning organic content, directing creative work, managing social and design team members, and bringing campaigns, launches, newsletters, social content, and landing pages to life.

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Messaging

Own Sky Society’s brand voice, messaging, positioning, and overall brand world

Translate business priorities into compelling campaigns, content, and customer experiences

Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Content & Organic Marketing

Own organic marketing strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcast, email, and community channels

Develop content themes, campaign concepts, and storytelling that grow awareness, engagement, and demand

Oversee the Sky Society newsletter and other key brand communications

Email, Landing Pages & Campaigns

Lead brand-side execution of admissions campaigns, launches, email marketing, and landing page messaging

Own creative direction across social content, campaigns, email, events, direct mail, and merchandise

Brief and manage designers, creators, and freelance partners to bring campaigns to life

Partner with Growth to ensure marketing assets support conversion and enrollment goals

Build a reliable freelance creative bench, including graphic designers and other specialists

Review creative work with a strong eye for brand, clarity, and quality

Raise the overall visual and verbal standard of Sky Society’s marketing

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

5-8+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, creative strategy, or integrated marketing

Excellent writing, editing, and messaging instincts

Strong creative taste and can clearly explain why something does or does not work

Understands how to build a brand that drives both trust and conversion

Experience leading campaigns across email, social, landing pages, and content

Can move comfortably between strategy and execution

Experience managing creative contributors, content creators, or freelancers

Understands Gen Z culture, early-career women, and aspirational consumer behavior

Organized, decisive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and channels at once

Thrives in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments
