Brand Strategy And Commercial Planning Executive

Pay Range: $59.05hr - $64.05hr
Responsible for leading brand strategy, commercial planning, and business performance as a mini-GM for the assigned brand.
The role involves driving brand growth, managing forecasting and business planning, influencing revenue outcomes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership and partners. This position requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in brand management, category leadership, or commercial strategy.
Experience in commercial marketing and business planning.
Strong executive presence and ability to represent the brand externally.
Ability to operate independently with confidence in ambiguous environments.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong decision-making skills with data-driven approach.
Ability to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking and business development mindset.
Ability to identify growth opportunities across pricing, assortment, and distribution.
Experience:

610+ years of experience in brand management, category leadership, commercial strategy, or commercial marketing.
Experience working with licensed brands or premium/luxury portfolios preferred.
Experience in cross-functional and global organizational environments preferred.
Experience in forecasting, business planning, and revenue/sales ownership.
Experience working with external partners such as licensors preferred.
Responsibilities:

Act as a mini-GM and business leader for the assigned brand.
Develop and execute brand marketing and brand strategy initiatives.
Lead forecasting, financial planning, and business performance tracking.
Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership.
Identify growth opportunities across pricing, distribution, and assortment.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and leadership.
Engage with external partners and licensors as required.
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Build executive-level presentations and business narratives.
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Should Have:
