Responsibilities

Lead business development and manage key client relationships within the emerging middle market ($10MM-$50MM).
Act as escalation point for complex client issues, using strategic problem‑solving to resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships.
Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize revenue.
Develop new business by contacting prospects, cross‑selling bank products and services (credit, trust/investment, cash management).
Review loan applications and cash management agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with risk management standards.
Develop market strategies, identify opportunities, and expand client portfolios.
Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences, providing insights on trends, competition and emerging products.
Engage with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies, address client needs and drive holistic business solutions.
Prepare reports on team performance, client satisfaction and market trends for senior executives.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value and strategic clients, providing strategic advice on financial solutions and ensuring exceptional service.
Analyze market trends, client industry developments, competitive positioning to inform client solution strategies and optimize satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to define products, solutions and strategies that best fit clients’ needs.
Identify share‑of‑wallet opportunities; leverage analysis tools to grow portfolio exceeding ROE thresholds.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls and compliance policies throughout relationship management.
Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose and solve problems within given rules; work independently on non‑routine situations.
Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying risk‑management frameworks in line with business strategy and policy.
Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment.
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred degrees: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting. Other related disciplines or equivalent experience considered.
For credit‑qualifiable roles: credit qualification and associated credit knowledge and skills per portfolio requirements.
Deep knowledge of product knowledge, regulatory compliance, deal structuring, portfolio management, credit risk assessment, project management, customer service, problem solving, negotiation, customer relationship building.

Expert proficiency in financial analysis.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $88,800.00 - $165,600.00 (Salaried). The range may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
Additional benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans. Potential commission structure and performance‑based incentives may apply.
