You will produce eye-catching motion graphics and short-form videos for social media advertisements, ensuring that all video assets are edited to meet platform specifications. Collaborate closely with media and content teams to align creative strategies with company goals, while maintaining brand consistency across various audience segments.
Create data-driven design assets and landing pages.
Produce motion graphics and short-form videos for social ads.
Edit video assets into high-performing ad units per platform specs.
Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative with goals.
Design and run A/B tests using CRO tools.
1-3 years in graphic design focused on performance-driven CRO.
1 year motion graphics experience.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Basic video editing skills with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
