Position Overview

As a Relationship Manager III – C&I within PNC’s Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. You will set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and ensure quality for new and/or existing clients while actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being to focus on client opportunities.
Drive client engagement and loyalty while generating ideas and best practices within Relationship Management.
Maintain an effective network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, expand existing ones, and enhance the client experience.
Present the full range of PNC’s products and services, leveraging reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree. Higher level education such as a Master’s degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry‑relevant experience of 8+ years is preferred. Specific certifications are often required, and a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay & Benefits

Base Salary: $133,000.00 – $247,000.00 (salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
