Position Overview

As a Relationship Manager III – C&IB within PNC’s Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities

Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
Work independently and mentor other team members.
Drive strategy to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships.
Originate, perform financial analysis, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ needs and financial well‑being.
Drive client engagement, loyalty, and generate best practices within Relationship Management.
Maintain a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients.
Present the full range of PNC products to clients.
Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
