As a Customer Experience Specialist at Honeywell, you will be a member of the Customer Service team, ensuring performance standards are met to achieve business objectives and high customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to a Sr Customer Experience Supervisor and will work out of our Salem, OR location on a hybrid schedule.
In this role, you will impact overall customer satisfaction by managing order processing, purchasing activities, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. You will play a key role in maintaining customer accounts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality service and resolve issues efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure successful fulfillment of all requests regarding order processing and purchasing activities within the Customer Experience department
Maintain timely accounting and lifecycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in Honeywell systems
Manage opportunities and prompt issuance of invoices
Create credit requests and documents as needed
Update customer accounts by submitting requests in SAP for customer creation, extension, or amendment
Ensure correct input in ERP systems
Track orders placed at suppliers and their timely delivery to warehouse or final customer for direct deliveries
Provide quality service to customers and collaborate with the purchasing team
Resolve issues related to wrong delivery, delays, and rejected product returns
YOU MUST HAVE
0-2 years of relevant customer service experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and ability to manage customer accounts and order lifecycle
Ability to track orders and resolve delivery or product return issues effectively
