Responsibilities
As a senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) in our Strategic Accounts organization, you will partner with large enterprise customers to drive their multi‑year cloud transformation. You will coordinate cross‑functional AWS teams, translate strategic plans into actionable steps, and ensure successful adoption of AWS services across all project stages.
Accelerating AWS Adoption through Delivery and Execution
– lead end‑to‑end migrations, modernizations, and commercial deployments.
Identify & Align on Strategic Opportunities
– work with the Account team to uncover and pursue opportunities such as large‑scale workload migrations, GenAI/Agentic initiatives, data & analytics, high‑performance computing, and product innovation.
Customer Enablement
– coach the customer’s cloud journey, advocate customer needs within AWS, and drive education plans and executive briefings.
Governance and Partnership Management
– design governance structures that govern both our partnership and the customer’s adoption of AWS.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
10+ years of customer‑facing technology experience (e.g., solutions architecture, technical account management, customer success).
5+ years of engaging executive‑level stakeholders driving technology adoption.
3+ years of hands‑on cloud experience, including architecture patterns, migration strategies, or optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience advising C‑suite executives on cloud strategy, digital transformation, or Gen AI/Agentic strategy.
Familiarity with generative AI/agentic AI concepts and ability to facilitate strategic conversations.
Management of a high‑value workload portfolio across industry verticals.
Technical depth in one or more domains: cloud migrations, application modernization, data & analytics, infrastructure optimization, security & compliance, or AI/ML/Gen AI/Agentic.
Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with measurable business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating complex concepts to executive‑level audiences.
Relevant AWS certifications or equivalent technical depth.
