Our client, an American multinational retailer of footwear and sportswear, is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join their team!



Location: NYC - hybrid



About this role:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align brand, digital, and retail marketing efforts to maximize impact.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for key campaigns and product launches, ensuring a 360-degree marketing approach.
  • Partner with media, digital, CRM, social, and in-store teams to create seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are optimized and executed effectively.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and consumer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.



Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, retail marketing, or omnichannel strategy.
  • Strong expertise in developing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Experience leading go-to-market planning and campaign execution across digital, social, in-store, and experiential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimize got to market approach based on insights.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of media planning, CRM, and retail marketing best practices.
