We’re hiring a Special Sections Sales Representative on behalf of a fast‑growing, trusted local media company with a strong presence across the Southwest. We are seeking a driven Special Sections Sales Representative who thrives on prospecting and closing new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build long‑term client relationships while developing a recurring book of advertising business.

Requirements and Qualifications

3-5+ years of outbound or cold‑calling sales experience; print or newspaper advertising experience is highly preferred

Proven ability to sell to small and medium‑sized businesses

Strong tenure

Hunter, go‑getter who is comfortable making cold calls

Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills

Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally

Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions

Must‑Haves

Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs

Experience leveraging a robust digital sales platform and CRM system

Ability to build long‑term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value

Candidates must be able to commute to Tempe, AZ. This is NOT a remote position.
