Job Description
The Senior Director of Partner Growth & Sales Operations is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading and owning ivision’s growth across Strategic Partners, Demand Generation, Sales Operations, and Renewals to help achieve the company’s revenue, profitability, and sales goals
This leader will partner and act as the orchestrator across Sales, Pre-Sales, Field CTOs / GTM, Practice Directors and Marketing to design and implement effective Sales Strategies, Partner / Channel Programs, and demand generation initiatives that accelerate partner-sourced demand (install‑base & net new logo), improve win rates, and expand gross margin.
This is a highly visible role that requires a unique combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, relentless curiosity, grit, and high EQ to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders and drive ivision’s growth agenda. The person in this role must actively lead and drive day‑to‑day execution , not simply coordinate activity, ensuring strategic partners and internal sales teams are aligned around shared growth outcomes.
In parallel, this leader will oversee the Sales Operations and Renewals function to help ivision “earn clients for life, every day” by creating a culture of operational excellence, reporting rigor, and scalable processes. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands‑on execution, ensuring that both growth initiatives and operational foundations operate smoothly and scale effectively.
Success in this Role Will Be Measured By
- Enabling sales to meet or exceed ivision’s overall targets – Revenue, GM$, & Services Mix
- 20% increase in partner‑sourced revenue, margin, and overall channel contribution
- Driving $4M+ GM$ in qualified pipeline sourced from Strategic Partners tied to sales campaigns & programs in the first 6 months
- 15+ Net-new logo opportunities sourced from partners per quarter
- 20% growth in YoY Partner incentive / rebate / MDF capture
Job Responsibilities
Partner & Channel Strategy & Operations
- Lead and own ivision’s Partner & Channel ecosystem & operating rhythm to create a scalable, partner-oriented growth engine across the organization – leads, revenue & gross margin.
- Act as ivision ambassador & escalation POC to increase visibility & awareness of ivision’s capabilities with partners
- Identify, prioritize, and operationalize high‑potential growth opportunities and sales plays in collaboration with Sales, GTM, Marketing, Practice Directors, Pre‑Sales, & Field CTOs
- Maximize value from partner programs including training, enablement, rebates, incentives, and market development funds (MDF).
- Drive demand generation through coordinated outreach strategies including campaigns, social selling, account‑based marketing, and events.
Sales Strategy & Demand Generation
- Lead and scale a repeatable, data‑ and AI‑driven demand generation engine, including strategy, operating model, and execution rigor
- Own the launch and commercialization of strategic ivision GTM offerings in partnership with Sales, GTM, Field CTOs, Practice leadership and Marketing
- Drive alignment across Marketing and GTM on messaging, campaigns, and market‑facing execution
- Ensure disciplined conversion of qualified opportunities through effective handoff and pipeline management with Sales teams
- Lead joint account planning and territory strategy with Strategic Partners to unlock net‑new and expansion opportunities
- Leverage data, analytics, and partner insights to identify cross‑sell / upsell opportunities and improve win rates
- Lead & own Sales Operations and Renewals functions, driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Drive operational excellence across the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle, including process governance, standardization, and execution discipline
- Own CRM (NetSuite) strategy and data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, system optimization, and adoption
- Deliver actionable business insights through dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting to support decision‑making and forecasting
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Account Executives & Finance to drive forecasting accuracy, budgeting discipline, and performance management
- Optimize order‑to‑cash, contract management, and renewal processes to improve client experience and operational efficiency
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to scale operations and reduce manual effort
- Lead the identification and capture of margin expansion opportunities across new and renewal business
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to build trust and credibility with executives, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems, channel programs, demand generation & Sales Operations teams
- Strong understanding of services‑based sales models and enterprise buying cycles
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute at a high level of intensity and accountability
- Experience working cross‑functionally across Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools (PowerBI preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities
Education, Experience & Certification
- 15+ years of experience in the IT Services industry
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Strategy, or IT Leadership roles
- 8+ years of experience managing & leading partner / channel / distributor relationships
- 5+ years experience leading Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams preferred
- Experience leading Cisco, Microsoft, Nutanix, Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Fortinet channel preferred
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize & enhance end‑to‑end Sales & GTM capabilities preferred
