Driving growth through a reseller and distribution partner ecosystem, the remote Senior Territory Channel Manager will identify, onboard, and enable partners to effectively sell EV charging solutions, expanding market reach and accelerating revenue on the East Coast.
Key responsibilities
Build and grow a high-performing partner network by identifying and evaluating resellers aligned to business goals
Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging solutions, value propositions, and sales strategies
Set and track partner performance goals, analyze results, and develop improvement plans
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
8+ years of channel management, partner management, or business development experience
Industry experience in EV charging or closely related technologies
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
