Build and develop a network of reseller and distribution partners aligned with business goals
Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging products and sales strategies
Manage and strengthen partner relationships while identifying growth opportunities and resolving issues
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, or business development
Experience in EV charging or related technology industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
