Internet Sales & Owner Loyalty Manager

to help drive that mission. This role sits right at the center of our

lead generation, follow‑up process, and service‑to‑sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Manage our internet sales process

and ensure leads are worked quickly and correctly

Confirm daily CRM activities

including follow‑up, videos, appointment setting, and task completion

Backfill the team on days off

and help ensure no opportunities are missed

Work the

service drive as the primary Sales Consultant

for

Service‑to‑Sales conversions

Identify opportunities with current owners for upgrades, equity positions, and trade‑ins

Help maintain accountability with the sales team regarding lead management and follow‑up

What we’re looking for:

Strong

CRM discipline and organization

Detail‑oriented and process‑driven

Comfortable communicating with customers through

phone, text, email, and video

Someone who can

build relationships with existing customers and service clients

A team player who can

step in wherever needed to capture opportunities
