Job Summary
We are seeking an execution focused Web Content & Production Specialist to own day‑to‑day website updates across our Graduate Business Programs and Executive Education portfolio. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, requiring someone who can quickly and accurately publish content using WordPress and HTML. The position works closely with the enrollment marketing team to ensure web content is accurate, up to date, and effectively supports program visibility and enrollment efforts. This role is primarily focused on execution, with opportunities to contribute to content creation and page improvements.
Responsibilities
Complete a high volume of web updates with a focus on speed, accuracy, and minimal rework
Turn around time‑sensitive updates quickly to support active campaigns and program priorities
Audit and review existing web pages to identify outdated or inconsistent content
Execute basic web updates, including copy changes, formatting, and link management
Execute web updates using WordPress and direct HTML editing when needed, including troubleshooting formatting or display issues
Build and update pages within WordPress using existing templates and components
Manage and publish events to website calendars and related pages
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all web content
Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of program web pages
Optimize content for search engines (SEO), including page structure, headings, and metadata
Structure and format content to improve visibility in search results and emerging AI‑driven experiences (e.g., clear headings, concise answers, FAQ sections)
Draft and edit web content as needed, including program updates, event descriptions, and FAQ content
Apply basic visual and layout best practices to ensure content is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) with 2–4 years of experience. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences
Working knowledge of HTML, including the ability to edit and troubleshoot content directly within a CMS environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through with minimal oversight
Comfort working independently while staying aligned with team priorities
Willingness to ask questions, identify issues, and suggest improvements
Basic experience with web platforms (WordPress or similar CMS)
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, user‑friendly content
Basic understanding of visual layout, formatting, or design principles for digital content
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Employment and Compensation
Pay Range: $19 to $32/hour
