Title: Day Shift GMP Supervisor

The GMP Supervisor will coordinate activities within the assigned areas of the GMP program, overseeing company employees and temporary personnel. Responsibilities include inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific SOPs.
Roles & Responsibilities

Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
Train, supervise, and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training, and issue discipline.
Prepare written reports such as pass‑down forms and weekly/monthly updates.
Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections.
Track equipment inventory, schedule maintenance and repair.
Track supplies inventory.
Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance.
Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager.
Correct at‑risk behavior immediately and report to manager.
Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metric data).
Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four‑year college or university with 1–3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
Strong supervisory abilities, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The position requires frequent sitting, talking, and listening. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Compensation

$65,000 – $70,000.
