iHeartMedia is a leading audio company serving a national audience. We are seeking an Account Executive to grow business across our Latino and multicultural markets.

What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.

Cultivate existing relationships using our full suite of products: broadcast, podcast, digital, and experiential.

Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.

Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data and storytelling to meet client expectations.

What You’ll Need

Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and an expert negotiator with strong relationship‑building skills.

Ability to plan, multi‑task, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach for lead generation.

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and high school diploma (college degree preferred).

Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.

Problem‑solving skills that support business growth.

Experience with digital/media sales or multi‑platform campaigns is a plus.

Strong ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
