Design and activate an always‑on earned + influencer ecosystem that drives continuous conversation, reach, and relevance
Deliver culturally compelling campaigns that generate measurable, data‑driven business impact
Identify, partner with, and grow relationships with influencers and creators to authentically tell brand stories and connect to cultural moments
Establish and track KPIs across PR and influencer efforts (reach, engagement, sentiment, cultural impact, business contribution) and continuously optimize performance
Develop compelling messaging frameworks and narratives that translate across media, creators, and platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, creators, agencies, and platform partners to keep brands at the center of conversation
Partner with Corporate Communications on crisis and reputation management in an always‑on media environment
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team that blends PR and influencer expertise and fosters innovation and collaboration
Team and Stakeholders Cross‑functional marketing teams including Social Media, Brand Marketing, and Consumer Engagement
Corporate Communications and Reputation Management teams
Media, PR, and influencer/creator agencies
Platform partners and external media organizations
Internal leadership and stakeholders across Campbell’s brand portfolio
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required
10+ years of experience across brand PR, earned media, and influencer/creator marketing
Strong foundation in traditional media relations, ideally within CPG or consumer brands
Proven leadership experience building and inspiring high‑performing teams
Demonstrated success delivering integrated earned strategies across traditional media, digital channels, and influencer activations
Experience building and scaling influencer programs that drive cultural relevance and extend PR impact
Strategic mindset with the ability to modernize PR through creator‑and culture‑led approaches
Strong track record of managing relationships with top‑tier media and influencers/creators at scale
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft narratives that translate across formats and audiences
Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and optimizing performance across earned and influencer programs
Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver results
Preferred Experience Prior experience in CPG or highly brand‑driven consumer industries
Deep understanding of cultural trends, creator ecosystems, and emerging platforms
Experience integrating PR, influencer, and social strategies into a unified, modern marketing approach
Crisis management experience within a complex, fast‑moving media environment
Compensation and Benefits The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is between $172,000‑$236,500. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
