Your Role
TransPerfect Legal’s Sales Associate/Account Manager position is designed to provide hands‑on training to develop sales representatives into revenue‑producing teammates within our global sales organization. The role is a hunter, responsible for developing new business relationships, sourcing and setting client meetings, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and identifying and resolving client needs.
Develop a sound understanding of our service offerings, the legal industry, our clients and their needs
Identify qualified leads through detailed online research including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, trade show lists, and other investigative methods
Create detailed lead lists outlining key selling points that will facilitate a strategic sales pitch
Cold call leads
Generate creative outreach to leads
Set and maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and networking events
Create and improve business development strategies
Develop and maintain a healthy business pipeline
Partner with internal subject matter experts to understand and maximize opportunities
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
1‑3 years sales experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective time management
Experience in the legal industry, strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range : $50-55k
Additional earnings : Eligible for quarterly bonus (optional)
