Production Supervisor

Our client, a manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Spring Hill TN
Pay Range: $38.88/hr. - $44.44/hr.
What's the Job?

Motivate production employees and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.

Review daily operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.

Implement production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address production problems.

Hire and train staff, conduct evaluations, manage performance, and resolve personnel concerns.

Prepare and maintain reports including production documentation and personnel records.

What's Needed?

Verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Knowledge of raw materials and production processes, including quality control techniques.

Understanding of machines and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance.

Knowledge of design techniques related to technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

10+ years of relevant experience required.
