Description
One of your key responsibilities as a district leader for an immunology biosimilar product is to hire, train and develop the sales team within your district to successfully launch the product with targeted physicians.

Responsibilities

Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of Immunology Sales Specialists in the district.

Identify and monitor local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.

Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions in collaboration with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs.

Travel as business needs require (up to 50%) and reside within the territory boundaries.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements

7+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.

5+ years of district or regional management experience with demonstrated leadership performance.

Bachelor’s degree.

Desired Requirements

Advanced degree.

Previous immunology or biosimilar experience.

Diverse commercial experience in training, sales operations, market access, or internal consulting.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary ranges from $160,000 to $170,000, plus potential company car or allowance, and eligibility for commissions/bonuses based on performance.
