Product Manager With GTMNYC,NYRequirements & Responsibilities

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in GTM, program management, product operations, or business transformation.

Prior experience in digital banking product launches within financial services or regulated industries is highly preferred.

Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence without authority are critical for success.

Experience in change management and customer-facing rollout enablement is an added advantage.

Own and manage the integrated GTM launch plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Drive launch governance through workstream reviews, executive reporting, and escalation management.

Coordinate phased rollout execution including pilot, limited release, and full-scale launch.

Align cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Operations, Client Service, and Compliance.

Lead launch readiness activities including training plans, FAQs, enablement sessions, and readiness assessments.

Preferred Skills:

Digital banking platform knowledge.

Product launch and rollout management tools.

Agile, Scrum.

Project tracking tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft Visio).

Risk and issue management frameworks.

Compliance and governance process knowledge.

Reporting and dashboard tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).

Change management and training enablement tools.
