Pure Southern Water designs and installs premium water softening and filtration systems for homeowners across Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. We help families drink and shower in cleaner, healthier water while protecting their homes from hard water damage.

Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is the glue of our marketing machine. You'll own the day-to-day execution of campaigns, lead nurture workflows, and reporting between our ad buyer, video creator, setters, and sales team. Your job is ultimately to assist in driving customer acquisition cost down, brand recognition up, and designing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns.

$60,000-$65,000 Plus

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a unified marketing calendar (Google/Facebook ads, postcards, Lowe's events, social media posts, video campaigns, promos, referral pushes) and ensure offers, dates, and creative are aligned across all channels

Assist with social media posting and community management across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms; coordinate scheduling, engagement, and community responses

Create carousels, videos, and static images for our social media as well as our ads.

Coordinate video campaign production and rollout with our filmer/editor and ad buyer; manage video asset library, track performance, and identify high-performing creative for scaling

Produce a weekly marketing scorecard by source and channel; analyze revenue per lead, CAC by campaign, and CAC trends to identify optimization opportunities

Own CAC reduction initiatives by testing messaging, channels, audiences, and funnel improvements; work with ad buyer and sales team to eliminate waste and scale winners

Turn ideas from leadership and sales into clear creative briefs for your filmer/editor and coordinate video, photo, and testimonial assets for ads, emails, landing pages, and social campaigns

Run reactivation and promotion campaigns to past customers and old leads, owning list pulls, copy, scheduling, and reporting

Monitor online reviews and social inquiries; ensure customers receive timely, accurate communication before and after installs

Qualifications

Experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or similar role (home services or local B2C preferred)

Experience with social media management and posting; familiarity with content calendars and scheduling tools

Comfortable working inside CRMs and marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel and/or ServiceTitan experience a plus)

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Data-comfortable: able to build and maintain reports in spreadsheets or dashboards and understand marketing metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and ROI

Clear written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and reliable
